The 2015 Estimating Academy is an educational event where Construction Estimators and Project Managers may learn new concepts and skills in construction estimating. Seasoned Estimators will teach and demonstrate best practices used in preparing construction bids. The Bid Day Simulation sessions give Subcontractors a chance to see and experience what goes on in a General Contractor's office on hard bid day, an invaluable look at how General Contractors construct their hard bids for the Owners.

The Estimating Academy will be held in conjunction with the ManagementAcademy this year. For the price of one, you will be able to attend any of the tracks in either Academy. As an extra bonus, you will receive admission to the Contractors Expo, directly following the Academies, with 2 drink tickets and heavy hors-d'oeuvres at no extra cost. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The Overland Park Convention Center is easily accessed from I-435 from the Metcalf Avenue or Nall Avenue exits. Parking is free in the spacious parking lot.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Registrations are transferrable the day of the event, just let the organizers at the check in table know that you are taking the place of a previously registered Estimating Academy attendee and who that person is.
